- Colour: Bright summer sun.
- Nose: A fresh, dry opening with layered cereal notes – think sun-warmed wheat fields and hay bales under a cloudless sky. Wisps of white pepper bring a subtle spice, before soft floral tones blossom; rose petals and lily of the valley by the lakeside, gently lifted by a hint of lemon zest.
- Palate: A vibrant burst of summer fruits greets the palate – juicy peaches, mango and overripe pear blend into a golden stone fruit medley. A creamy mouthful rolls in like a velvety summer pudding, rich with Devon clotted cream and finished with a delicate crunch of toasted almond flakes.
- Finish: The white pepper returns, echoing the nose, adding a gentle warmth. The fruit lingers, sweet and slightly spiced, fading slowly like the last rays of sun on a long August evening.
