Northern Monk is a UK based brewery which was established in 2014 and is currently based across two sites. The original brewery at the Old Flax Store is located in a Grade II listed building located in Holbeck. Their second brewery was erected due to a growing popularity and demand and is located at Sydenham Road in April 2017, approximately half a mile away from the Old Flax Store.
