Clean and fresh with a distinctive flavour of juniper, Seven Crofts Fisherman’s Strength is distilled using a total of seven botanicals including pink peppercorn, cubeb and fresh lemon peel. The perfect accompaniment to fish and seafood.
Produced from local ingredients and distilled in small copper alembic still in the North West Highlands. The name refers to the seven dwellings, which back in 1791, established the village of Ullapool. The Fisherman’s Strength celebrates Ullapool’s thriving fishing community.
